Introduction to the craniosacral body therapy

The craniosacral therapy is a gentle, holistic method of treatment from the area of the osteopathy. It effects relaxation, rearranges the body structures and adjusts the nervous and hormonal system. You learn about the smallest internal movements of the craniosacral system. In this course simple fundamental possibilities of treatment will be shown. You will step into contact with your own "internal healer". You will learn the craniosacral biodynmics and to work with fluids.

Introduction to the Polarity Therapy

Learn about the 5 elements: ether, air, fire, water and earth of the ayurvedic system. Special massage techniques, Yoga body movements and a special nutrition will be discussed and learned. You will experience the pleasant effect on body, spirit and soul. During every appointment one element will be introduced.

Autogenic training

Autogenic training is a self-help method for mental and physical relaxation, independent of devices and time of day. It is a recognized method in health care and particularly helpful in stress symptoms like digestion disturbances, high blood pressure, pain and sleep disturbances.

Nutrition and cleansing, fasting in everyday life

To eat differently than usual for one week causes the body to tune in attentively! With a special tea, an energizing cocktail and an appropriate nutrition, you relieve the organism and animate your energy reserves. I offer a selection of tasty recipes and present a nourishing manual under consideration of the five ELEMENTS. Relaxation exercises, massage and POLARITY Yoga support the effect. During the entire "Fasting Week" four meetings will take place.

Handling trauma and shock

Stress situations and traumata that were not mastered change people. Even after many years post-traumatic symptoms can develop. Which factors are involved? How can I recognize a trauma and how can I as a therapist deal with it? This course gives an introduction to the topic trauma, the influencing mechanisms and practical basics to handle traumatized people.
